Zucchini Cake

3 c Zucchini, unpeel and grate
3 Eggs
2 c Sugar
3 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 c Coconut and pecans
1 c Oil
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Cinnamon

Mix well. Put in a greased 11x13 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Icing: 1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 stick of margarine 1 ts. vanilla 1 box of powdered sugar
