Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Mix ingredients below: 3/4 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange peel (optional)

Then gently stir in 2 cups shredded zucchini, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix and add 2 1/2 cups unsifted flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake in a well greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
