Zucchini Cake

4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1 chocolate cake mix
1 box chocolate instant pudding
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts

Beat eggs, vanilla and oil. Add dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini. Grease Bundt or tube pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
