Zucchini Cake

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
Sprinkle of nutmeg
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
Vanilla

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini, raisins, and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9x13 pan.

Mix together; spread over cooled cake.
