Superb Brunch Coffee Cake

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
Pecan praline mix

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Blend in eggs, one at a time, then the raisins. Add flour sifted with baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream. Mix until smooth. Spread half of batter in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with half of pecan praline mix; repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes, turn out on wire rack.PECAN PRALINE MIX:

Mix 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon together. Cut in 1/3 cup softened butter until crumbly. Add 3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans.
