Spicy Cheesecake

2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Press 3/4 into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. To make the filling, stir 1 large package (8 ounces) of cream cheese until well softened. Blend in 1/2 cup of milk until mixture is very smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 package of Jello vanilla instant pudding. Beat with an egg beater just until well mixed, about 1 minute. Pour over crumb mixture in pan. Top with rest of crumb mixture. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Serves 8.
