Special Strawberry Shortcake

1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. real whipping cream
2 sm. pound cakes (Sara Lee for example)
4 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries, defrosted

In large bowl combine condensed milk and water. Add vanilla pudding and beat well. Chill 20 minutes. In separate bowl beat whipping cream until stiff. Fold in pudding mixture. Set aside. Cube pound cakes. Set aside. In deep, large serving bowl, spoon 2 cups pudding mixture. Top with 1/2 of cake cubes and 2 packages strawberries. Repeat above but reserve some pudding for top. Refrigerate to set.
