Quick Wine Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. California sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan about 5 minutes before turning out. Serves 16-20.
