Pumpkin Chocolate-chip Snack Cake

2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon water
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons cooking oil -- (canola)
1 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). Coat 10"x6" (or 8"x8") pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients.

Beat on medium speed until blended.

Add: 1/3 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Mix until blended. Pour into baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
