Plum Cake

2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars plum baby food
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER. Stir as little as possible, just until well blended. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test at 50 minutes. Remove from pan after 5 minutes. No frosting is needed. You an use the plum baby food recommended or make your own plum sauce with fresh fruit.
