Pumpkin Cake

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
Icing:
Milk (just a little)
1 stick oleo
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, beat together the next 3 ingredients. Add the first mixture to the second mixture, blending well. Add 2 cups pumpkin. Bake in two (9 inch) pans for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. ICING: Beat all ingredients together. Then ice 1 cake, stack and ice the other.
