Pea Picking Cake

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
3/4 c. oil
Icing:
3 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix first 2 ingredients then add eggs, oranges and oil. Mix well. Cook in layer pan at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. For icing: Drain pineapple add pudding and Cool Whip. Spread on cool cake.
