Paul Newman Cake

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
6 Heath candy bars
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping (sm.)

Make sheet cake as directed. Don't allow cake to cool completely. Punch holes all over the cake with the end of a wooden spoon and pour Eagle Brand milk all over the cake. Let cool and pour butterscotch topping all over the cake. (Use all of these ingredients.) Smooth Cool Whip over cake. Crumble Heath bars and sprinkle over top of cake. Refrigerate!
