Peach Cakes

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 to 4 lg. peaches
Cinnamon & sugar to taste

Mix first 5 ingredients. Spread on greased pizza tin. Slice peaches and layer in a circular pattern on cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Apples or plums can be substituted for peaches.
