Moist Chocolate Sheet Cake

1 c. water
1 stick margarine
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1/2 c. buttermilk (may use sweet milk)
1 tbsp. vanilla

In a pan, bring to a boil first 3 ingredients. In another bowl, mix 2 cups flour and 2 cups sugar. In small bowl or cup, put 1 egg and dash of salt and beat together. Slowly add first 3 ingredients. Stir well, then add egg mixture; stir in milk and vanilla flavoring. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in oblong pan. May take longer, depending on oven.
