Mandarin Cake

1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. mandarin oranges, undrained
Icing:
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained

CAKE: Mix all ingredients well. Place in 3 cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. ICING: Mix together and ice cake.
