Light Sugar Cake

1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
1/4 c. white sugar on hot roll mix
1 egg, beaten, pour onto hot roll mix in a lg. bowl
3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast (dissolve water & yeast)

Pour onto mix and mix well. Dough should be very soft. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place, then spread dough in a long sheet pan. Spread brown sugar over dough and punch down with tips of fingers. Put lots of margarine on yeast dough, sprinkle generously with cinnamon and let rise again for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, then pour some milk on this, if it looks too milky - put back into hot oven for a few minutes. Don't get too brown, watch it carefully.
