Lazy Wife Cake

3 c. flour
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Make 3 holes in the mixture. In the first hole - put 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons cooking oil. In second hole, put 2 tablespoons vinegar. In 3rd hole put 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix well. Put into oblong greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. This can also be made into cupcakes. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 40.
