Holiday Yule Cake

1 c. Brazil nuts
1 c. walnuts
1 c. almonds
1 c. dates
1 c. candied fruit
1/2 c. red candied cherries
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease loaf pan and line with wax paper. Beat eggs slightly. Add vanilla and flour, sugar, and baking powder mixed together. Mix in nuts, dates, candied fruit, and raisins. Pour in loaf pan or ring and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours for loaf - 45 to 60 minutes for ring, depending on size.
