Heavenly Coconut Cake

1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can cream of coconut
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. frozen or flaked coconut

Thaw coconut. Bake cake as directed on box in oblong pan. Punch holes in top of cake and let cool 30 minutes. Pour Eagle Brand milk over cooled cake. Wait 20 minutes; pour cream of coconut over this. Wait 20 minutes; then spread on Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
