Hawaiian Pineapple Fruit Cake

3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl; add oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add fruit and nuts. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, then at 325 degrees for another 50 minutes. Can be baked several days ahead and refrigerated in sealed container.
