1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
Sifted powdered sugar (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate morsels; spoon into a greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 to 10 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
