Crumbly-topped Pear-oatmeal Cake

1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Firmly packed light brown su
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 c Lowfat buttermilk
3 tb Margarine; melted
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1 1/2 c Bosc pears; unpeeled, ripe and chopped, about 3/4 pound
1 c Oatmeal; uncooked and (quick cooking); divided
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c All-purpose flour
3 tb Brown sugar
1 1/2 tb Margarine; melted

Combine first 12 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Stir in pear and 1/2 cup oats. Spread batter into a 9-inch round cakepan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup flour, and next 2 ingredients, tossing well with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted
