Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add zucchini. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add baking soda and salt to the flour. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with the sour milk or buttermilk and add vanilla. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Top with chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
