Chips Of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom only of 13x9 inch cake pan. In large mixer bowl, blend flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and softened butter at low speed until crumbly. Reserve one cup. Add baking powder, baking soda, milk, vanilla and eggs to remaining crumb mixture; blend at low speed until moist. Beat on additional 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter in pan; sprinkle with crumbs and chocolate chips. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
