Cherry Cheesecake Parfait

1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut

Combine pudding, sour cream and cream cheese. whip until smooth. Slowly add sugar. Stir in extracts. Spoon into 8 (5 ounce) glasses until 1/2 full. Spoon layer cherry pie filling. Reserving 8 cherries for garnish. Spoon remaining mixture on top of pie filling. Garnish with coconut and cherries.
