Cheesecake Danish

2 cans crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line bottom of pan with 1 can of rolls. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla; spread over bottom layer. Place remaining biscuits over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush beaten egg white over top.
