7 - Up Cake

1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix (3 oz.)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter or oleo
Lemon juice

Gradually add 7-Up and mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees. Put on cooled cake.
