5 Minute Wine Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. oil

Combine above ingredients and mix 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow cake to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
