Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
4 tb Cocoa
3 Zucchini; approx. 6" long
1/2 c Or up to 1 c. semi-sw. choc.

In lg. bowl, cream together the sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Stir well to mix. Sift together all dry ingred. and then sift into mixing bowl. Grate zucchini, skin and all, into the bowl and stir until blended. Pour into greased, floured 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate pieces and bake in a preheated 325 oven for 45 min. or til tests done.
