Blackout Cake

1 pk Betty Crocker Supermoist Devil's Food cake mix
6 oz Jello Instant Choc. Pudding
8 oz Pkg. Sour Cream
1/2 c HOT water
1/4 c Oil
3 Eggs
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Jar Smuckers Hot Fudge.

Mix together everything except the hot fudge. The batter will be THICK. Spread into a well greased and floured bundt pan. If you can still get Baker's Joy pan spray, that works the best. Bake at 350 for one hour. Use the standard toothpick test for doneness.

Turn cake out while still warm. Top with hot fudge. Fudge can be heated by removing the lid and sticking the whole jar in the microwave for a minute or two.

DON'T SUBSTITUTE THE HOT FUDGE. Only the Smucker's is really sticky enough. The other brands just run off the cake.
