Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cake

2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Cloves
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Ginger
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 c Pumpkin
1 c Vegetable oil
1 c All-Bran Cereal
1 c Chocolate chips
1 c Nuts -- chopped

Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices, and sugar. Set mixture aside.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil, and All-Bran cereal and mix well. Add dry mixture and stir only until combined; do not overmix. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour mix into a Bundt pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour and ten minutes.
