Squash Cake

4 ea Eggs
1 2/3 c Sugar
1 c Oil
1 3/4 c Mashed cooked winter squash
2 c Flour
2 t Baking powder
1 t Baking soda
1 t Salt
2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4" pan. Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, and squash, and mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Thoroughly mix into squash mixture. Spread in 2 pan and bake 25 - 30 minutes.
