3 Eggs
1 c Oil
2 c Sugar
3 c Flour
3 -(up to) 4 c Diced peeled apples
1/2 c Pecans
1 ts EACH baking soda; salt, cinnamon; vanilla

Mix in the order given, bake 1 hour at 350 in a tube pan
