Cherry Cheese Cake

1 pk (18. 25 oz white cake mix
16 oz Cream cheese
4 c Powdered sugar
1 pt Whipping cream; whipped
2 cn (21 oz each) cherry pie filling

Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions. Pour into 2 greased 13 x 9 baking pans. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until done. Cool. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in the whipped cream. Spread over each cake. Top with pie filling. Chill 4 hrs or overnight.
